Cost: the suggested donation for the retreat is £30, depending on your means. This is to cover the basic cost of organising the retreat.
This day retreat will be held partly in silence. Suitable for anyone, whether new to meditation or more experienced.
Hot drinks and a simple vegetarian lunch with vegan options will be provided.
