Most Sunday mornings we offer a zoom session 1¼ hour zoom video session from 9:30 – 10:45 UK time.
The sessions open from 9:15 am onwards so that you can join and say hello to other participants, then we begin at 9:30am.
We offer teaching, meditation and some time together at the end when participants can contribute to a discussion if they choose.
There’s no cost for taking part, but if you would like to practise generosity, please consider a donation to your local food bank.
